What we collect

Your phone number, your activity in the line, and basic technical info at signup.

Why

To run the line and text you when you are getting close or up.

Who we share it with

Twilio sends SMS. Supabase stores the queue data. Nobody else.

How long we keep it

Phone numbers are deleted 30 days after the line ends. Consent records are kept for 4 years for telecom compliance.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, share it beyond the services above, or track you across events.

SMS messaging

When you join a line, we send transactional SMS updates about your place in that line. Message frequency varies by how the line moves — typically up to 4 messages per line event you join. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for support.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, solely to send these messages.
